  • Just complete this online form and bring your dues to the next meeting or mail to our P.O. box.
  • In person or by mail: download and complete the  Membership Application PDF. 
  • Make your check payable to Chino Valley Quilters.
  • Return the application and payment to us at a meeting or mail to:
