  • Just a reminder that the Guild will meet at 9:30am on August 8th at the First Southern Baptist Church at 1524 N State Route 89 in Chino Valley. Doors open at 8:30 for set-up.
  • We will have 50/50, Show and Tell, birthday drawing, and the Block Lotto information on the new block pattern (Churn Dash) for Aug/Sept.
  • Members with birthdays this month are: Vicki Baptista, Aldyth Barber, Patsy Franko, Janice Gilbert, Marilyn Jenkins, Carol Sweeden, Judy Van Haecke and Julie Vecchio. When it is your birthday month, please remember to bring a "quilty" gift of a value of about $10. Also in your birthday month, we ask that you bring a snack and come early for set-up. Please be advised there are set-up jobs that do not require heavy lifting.
  • Our August program is Gale Carson who will be speaking about “Silks from Thailand”. Gale will also be teaching a workshop on August 9th on the ‘New York Beauty’ block. For those who are registered, the workshop location has been moved to the First Southern Baptist Church at 1524 N State Route 89 in Chino Valley.
